Please help me find homes for two adult cats that lost their owner to cancer.
The Outreach Director of Cancer Connection, namned Iris, reached out to me this week to see if I can help two kitties who lost their owner to cancer find a new forever home.
Iris took the kitties into her home to remove them from the craziness of repairs currently underway at the deceased's house by her adult children. The family members cannot take the cats as they already have pets of their own. Iris canot keep the animals, and asked me to help.
Before losing their owner, the cats were friendly, playful and social. Right now they are scared, shy and confused, but with time and a lot of TLC, they will come around again. The kitties are a white, 10-year-old, long-haired female named Precious, and a black, 8-year-old, short-haired male, namned Shadow. They are healthy, well-behaved, up to date on their shots, spayed and nutered.
Ideally, someone would be willing to adopt both kitties. But we understand that's not always possible. Please pass this along to your animal loving family, friends, and co-wrokers, and let's see if we can get these lovely, deserving animals a new forever home.
